A monthly meeting hosted by David Hamilton Boyd where you get to learn to make, shake and drink a selection of our signature cocktails as well as some of our favourite classics.

This month we are delighted to welcome Daryl Smith from Nikka that will be holding a spirits tasting prior to the main masterclass. A rare treat where you get find out all about the process and taste some truly wonderful local spirits.

We then start with a short introduction and explanation of the pro cocktail equipment. you will then go on to make 3 wonderful cocktails. Complimentary snacks and water will be provided throughout the masterclass.

All in all its a great way to get learn a little and have a lot of fun!
